Party FAQ

  • Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Party rooms are all upstairs, except for Party Packages 4 and 5. Please request a downstairs table when booking if needed because we do not have an elevator in the facility. 
  • Party bouncers consist only of those entering the trampolines and participating in eating and drinking, including adults accompanying their children on the trampolines.
  • Adults joining their kids on the trampolines will be counted as bouncers unless specified otherwise.
  • The birthday child/children are included in the number of bouncers.
  • Additional bouncers beyond your package can be added for $20 per person.
  • Rides are not included but can be added a la carte at half price.
  • Additional adventure time can be added: $8 for 60 minutes or $5 for 30 minutes per guest.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed, except for cake, cookie cakes, or cupcakes for booked parties.
  • Cancellations must be done at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Any reschedules or other major changes must be done at least 2 days in advance.
